Working with a lifeSport Fitness personal trainer is one of the best investments you can make towards looking better and feeling better.
We know you’re busy, so when you work with us, you won’t waste time on useless exercises. We’ll listen to your needs and make every minute count with expert instruction and a technically sound program that gets you the results you want.
We provide both in-home personal training and in-office personal training, which offers you tremendous convenience, time efficiency and accountability. You can use our dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls and exercise tubing right there at your location. If you’ve got equipment, we’ll use that too. If you’d prefer a gym environment, we’ll train you at a private personal training studio in Campbell. We’re flexible! We make fitness fit your life!
