Online fitness training is an excellent option if you are out of our service area, or you have been training with us in person for a while and want to try it on your own—but not totally on your own!

Online fitness training is a fantastic value, as you get a program tailored to your goals by a certified personal trainer, communication with your trainer, and regular program updates—all for a fraction of the cost of working with a trainer in person.

What’s more, you can achieve the same great results with online training as you can with in-person training: Improved muscle strength and tone, body fat loss, core strength and more! We give you education, accountability, and flexibility to do your exercise when it suits your schedule.


How does online personal training work?

We begin the online training relationship just as we do our in-person visits—we get to know you! We’ll have you fill out an online health/exercise questionnaire, list your goals and the facilities/equipment you have available to you. From there your trainer will create an exercise program for you. Although our online programs are as varied as the people who use them, you will most likely have both cardio and muscle strength/toning components to your program.

Once we have your program created for you, you can log into your online training account and access your workout program---complete with animated descriptions of every exercise. You can print your workout or view it right on your screen. You’ll be able to access a calendar to log your workouts, and you can select to have email reminders sent to you on your scheduled workout days if you’d like.

Online personal training wouldn’t be complete without a nutrition component, so we’ve added that in at no additional charge. In your online account, you have the option of logging your daily food intake (nutrition info will be calculated for you!) which will help you monitor your energy balance (calories in vs. calories out). This is a really powerful feature for those of you who are looking for weight loss!

Your trainer will log into your program several times each week to see how you are progressing with your program, and create new, updated programs weekly or bi-monthly to keep your workouts fresh and full of variety. Your trainer is only an email away should you have any questions or concerns, and will contact you weekly to keep you motivated and moving forward.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
When you sign up for an online training plan, your credit card will be charged on a recurring basis (either monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you choose). Refunds will not be given, however, you may cancel at any time, and no future billing will occur.
