Participating in a lifeSport Fitness boot camp is a fun way to get fit, get strong, lose weight and get lean!
Our boot camp program is structured around a unique interval training format that blasts calories. Studies show that interval training improves your fitness, burns more calories than regular cardiovascular exercise, and may even help you become a better “fat burner” during your regular cardio workouts! Interval training can be the key to blasting through a weight loss or strength plateauand we do it in every boot camp!
We like to keep our bootcamps small (ideally 15 or fewer people) so that we can give you individualized attention. We work hard to get to know each and every individual in our camps and coach you to success. Whether you’re an exercise “newbie” or a triathlete looking for some cross training, you can get a great workout at a lifeSport Fitness bootcamp because we scale it to your current fitness level.
We bring most of the equipment and give you lots of variety by using resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders, and balance training devices. All you have to do is show up with an exercise mat and water! At the end of each bootcamp, you will have had a cardio workout, a strength workout and even an abdominal and core workout.
All our camps meet twice a week for 4 weeks and are $120 per camp. In addition to twice weekly workouts, you get ongoing nutrition support and additional workouts via email at no additional charge!
Our Campbell camps are outdoor camps that run June through September. In the Fall, we move to our indoor Willow Glen camp so that you can stay dry when the rainy weather hits!
Our Almaden camp is both indoor AND outdoor. We have exclusive early morning use of Frank Shamrock's Martial Arts Studio (yes, THAT Frank Shamrock--the MMA legend and Strikeforce champion!) where we enjoy the benefits of his well stocked gym, but also get out in the fresh air for part of our workout. This camp is for WOMEN ONLY.
